Enter the 2023 “Heroes Among Us” Scholarship
Are you a Middle or High School student in the Thompson School District? Is there an individual or role model in your life that has gone above and beyond in your life…your personal Hero? Share your story and honor your hero in our “Heroes Among Us” scholarship program...you might win one of 5 student scholarships of $1,000 each!
Launched in 2008, this unique scholarship program is an opportunity for students to recognize the person in their life that has made a positive, personal difference in their life. Learn more.
Students can nominate any person in their life that has helped them grow and improve – past winners have nominated parents, stepparents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, teachers, service men and service women, neighbors or friends as their Hero.
Five $1,000 scholarships will be awarded. This program is open to middle school and high school students attending any public, private or faith-based school within the Thompson School District. Students within the district who are homeschooled are also encouraged to apply.
Applications for the Heroes Among Us scholarship program are being accepted through April 28, 2023.
